The Fierce Method was born from my own transformation—and the struggles no one warned me about.
Before I was a coach, I was just trying to survive. An immigrant from Brazil, a student working long hours, and eventually a U.S. Army soldier trying to prove I belonged. I pushed my body hard. I trained to be strong. And I got there—but at a cost.
Years of overtraining and burnout left me in chronic pain. I felt exhausted, both physically and emotionally. And as I entered my late 30s, something shifted again. My body started changing in ways I didn’t understand. My energy dipped. My mood swung. My cycle became unpredictable. And I started hearing the word perimenopause.
But no one had prepared me for this. Not in the gym. Not in the military. Not in healthcare. It felt like a silent struggle every woman was supposed to just power through.
That’s when I realized—we deserve better.
I wanted to build something for us. For women 40 and beyond who are navigating hormonal changes, life transitions, and the frustrating noise of diet culture. Women who are tired of chasing extremes and ready to feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies—again or for the first time.
The Fierce Method is that “something better.”
It’s more than a workout. It’s a holistic, science-backed, no-shame approach to health, strength, and vitality during and after menopause. It’s built from years of experience coaching in the military, in gyms, and in real life. And it’s shaped by my belief that women don’t need to “slow down” with age—we just need the right support to rise.
Because midlife is not the end. It’s the beginning of your fiercest chapter yet.
We use a three-phase coaching framework designed to help women over 40 build sustainable strength, reclaim energy, and thrive through every stage of menopause. It’s not about restriction, punishment, or shrinking—it’s about becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident from the inside out.
The method follows three core phases:
We build your base—physically and mentally. This includes movement that meets your body where it is, fueling strategies to support hormones and energy, and mindset tools to quiet the inner critic and reconnect you to your goals.
Your body is changing, and we embrace that. This phase supports transformation through strength training, recovery, and behavior shifts that align with your current season of life—not who you were at 25. We focus on progress, not perfection.
